About Us

Founded in 1992, The David Rackham Partnership works throughout East Anglia and London as a multi-disciplinary practice, providing a wide range of  professional services to property owners and operators; from single properties through to complex portfolios located across a wide geographical area.

The practice offers a suite of services to our clients across new-build, refurbishment, redevelopment and property management arenas, including:

  • Architectural services
  • Project Management
  • Surveying services (including quinquennial surveys and reports)
  • Party Wall services
  • Commercial recovery support

Experience has been gained within all of the main industry sectors, with particular emphasis placed on education and the healthcare/emergency services, as well as specialist provision for almshouses, for which the practice’s principal (Philip Rourke) is a member of the Panel of Consultants for the Almshouse Association.

Whilst a smaller practice; The David Rackham Partnership offers an impressive range of services utilising industry-leading technology such as 3D modelling and detailed BIM systems to provide our clients with the highest levels of quality and information in our service delivery. The integration of our practice’s disciplines enables The David Rackham Partnership to operate efficiently, enabling us to streamline our offering and ensure value for money is achieved.

Having operated successfully for over twenty years, the practice has nurtured and developed numerous long-term relationships with clients. Great emphasis is placed on the importance of relationships, and offering a personal service. This is evidenced by way of those relationships and the high levels of repeat business achieved year-on-year.

Appropriate quality and business management systems are maintained in order to ensure that the highest levels of service are achieved at all times.

The practice promotes professional development and empowers staff to continue their development at all times, with qualifications held from the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and Chartered Institute of Building. The practice’s principal; Philip Rourke; has also been instrumental in the success of the Forum for the Built Environment’s East Anglian Branch over recent years.
